Dear L'Etoile Parisienne Guests,
We are delighted to announce our official reopening date! As of tomorrow, June 10 2020, we will be open by appointment only. To safely serve you, you will be greeted at the entrance to review our enhanced protocols. Additionally, at L'Etoile Parisienne, you can expect to see our staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often, including doorknobs, phones, banisters, handrails, throughout the facility as well as the tools we use to perform services.
AS OF JUNE 10 2020, HERE ARE THE APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES AT L'ETOILE PARISIENNE:
Before your appointment
• Employees nor guests will be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms
• Guests will be served by appointment only
• Please expect that there might be delays due to additional cleaning and you might be asked to wait
• The number of guests on premises will be limited to 25% of normal capacity
• No persons will be allowed to sit in the waiting area
• Stations will be at least six feet apart
• Employees and guests will wear protective facemasks
• All equipment used by a service provider will be individually packaged and sanitized between guests
• Clean/sanitized capes will be provided for each guest
• Doors and exits will be sanitized regularly
• Our beverage bar will remain closed at this time
When you arrive to the salon
• Please call/text the salon at 425-449-1990 when you arrive and wait in the comfort of your car if possible. We will notify you when your stylist is ready for you to come in.
• If the salon is at capacity, guests will receive a text when they can enter the premises
• We ask that you leave your purse/backpack/nonessentials behind and only bring what is necessary (phone, payment method, keys)
• We ask that you put on protective facemasks before entering the salon
• Guests will be greeted at the entrance
• Employees and guests will receive a temperature check prior to entering premises
• You will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to your service.
• Guest will be expected to wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering the salon company
• Ziplock bags will be provided for each guest to store their belongings, you will be asked to put away your essentials in them and to not open them during the time of your service or until after your appointment is completed.
During your appointment
• Stylists and employees are following strict sanitation and disinfecting procedures at all times. These procedures include but are not limited to frequent hand washing, disinfecting chairs, styling stations, and tools, disinfecting door handles and knobs, restrooms, and all high touch areas. Capes and robes are being disposed of after each guest.
• For the time being we will ask that you do not touch or handle retail products and ask for one of our staff to help if you are interested in any of our products. Pre-orders will be available per your request.
• Ziplock with your belongings must remain closed at all times until after your service is done. This includes not using cell phones during appointments to prevent any spread of Covid-19
• Sanitizing stations will be placed at your disposal
